Local residents Eddy and Roula Jabbour have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, with their expertise ranging from corporate catering, coffeeshops, delis, and notably, Elmisa Cafe, in Rancho Bernardo. In 2022, the pair wanted to bring their signature qualities to Esco with Pizza 22. 

Pizza 22, like their other restaurants, is a place for gathering, and community. A light, welcoming space for only the best of memories to be made. The menu is varied, providing a bit of everything for the people who walk through our doors. 

The main focus of Eddy and Roula’s life has always been their family, three daughters, and they carry that legacy with them in Pizza 22. Named for their eldest daughter, using her jersey number (and conveniently the year they’re opening), they hope to create an amazing place for connection and fun. 

Above all, Pizza 22 is focused on maintaining the same quality that is found at all of our locations.
